About the Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and executing highly integrated marketing campaigns for both clients and Onspire Health Marketing. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, media, production, and client services teams to drive results, manage projects, and enhance brand strategy.

What You’ll Do:

📌 Project & Campaign Management

• Oversee and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring milestones are met on time, on budget, and aligned with strategy.

• Execute integrated marketing tactics across print, media, organic and paid digital campaigns, email marketing, and web development.

• Maintain and update production schedules, media plans, social media calendars, and creative timelines.

📌 Cross-Team Collaboration & Client Support

• Assist in managing workflow and workload for the creative services team to efficiently address client needs.

• Proactively understand clients’ products, services, and strategic marketing positions.

• Communicate project updates, next steps, and approvals to clients as directed.

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

📌 Marketing Optimization & Strategy

• Monitor production processes and adjust coordination for efficiency.

• Ensure all work is error-free, brand-aligned, and optimized for impact.

• Provide additional project management and client support to senior leadership as needed.

What You’ll Need:

🎓 Education & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience.
✔ 3-5 years of marketing experience in an agency, corporate marketing team, or healthcare marketing department (preferred).

🛠 Skills & Qualities
✔ Strategic and creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
✔ Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite, and web tools (WordPress, etc.).
✔ Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Meticulous attention to detail with a results-driven approach.
