We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. This role plays a pivotal part in onboarding new clients, creating high-quality content, and managing multi-platform social strategies that reflect the unique voice and goals of each healthcare brand we serve.
You’ll support a wide range of healthcare clients — from local practices to large-scale enterprise systems — by delivering compelling, brand-aligned social content that drives engagement and growth.
Support the onboarding process for new social media clients by gathering brand assets, documentation, and preferences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing social media management.
Develop engaging, tailored content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Write, edit, and proofread social copy with a strong focus on tone, clarity, and accuracy.
Partner with designers to bring visual content to life through custom graphics.
Create and maintain organized content calendars across multiple client accounts.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools to ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity.
Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify strategic opportunities to optimize each client’s content approach and recommend new assets or materials to elevate engagement.
Stay up to date with social trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, voice, and detail.
Proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Business Pages.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., SOCi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Insights for performance analysis.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Basic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
Experience in healthcare marketing is highly valued.
