About the Role:

The Practice Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance the visibility of healthcare practices. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns, optimize client engagement, and increase patient acquisition and retention. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with overall practice objectives.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to healthcare practices, focusing on patient acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborates with practice leaders to identify marketing opportunities that align with practice goals.
  • Oversees the implementation and performance of marketing strategies, including SEO initiatives, paid media, website content, social media, print materials, and email campaigns.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manages and maintains the practice's online presence, including social media profiles, reviews, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Addresses client concerns proactively and implement solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging healthcare marketing strategies.
  • Maintains detailed documentation of client interactions, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Works closely with leadership to improve client engagement strategies and retention.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis, as needed.
  • Ability to spot at-risk clients and build a plan to protect revenue.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors to support marketing efforts, such as website development or content creation.
  • Organizes and manages events, webinars, or community outreach programs to promote the practice and engage patients.
  • Tracks market trends, competitor activity, and patient preferences to inform marketing strategies.

 

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in healthcare marketing or practice management.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, account management, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive patient engagement and acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and healthcare professionals.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 20 pounds, such as marketing materials or event supplies.
